We have an immediate opening for an Admin Assistant to work from home. This position is a highly visible and essential position designed to support a wide range of functions and individuals within our organization.
Your general responsibilities would include administrative based work. The role is also one in which the right candidate will feel comfortable stepping outside the traditional role description and provide support on an as-needed basis. You must be able to communicate effectively, and multitask. You will assist the company's Staff and Executives in organizational duties along with administrative support.
General Duties include but not limited to:
Create and modify documents utilizing Microsoft Office including Word documents and Excel spreadsheets
Data entry, Pricing, Filing, Sorting and Organizing
Handle calendars for the office
Manage, organize and update relevant data using database applications
Schedule client appointments
Support staff in select project work
Coordinate and maintain records for staff, vendors, and clients
Assume other duties as assigned
Working knowledge of administrative procedures
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Good follow-up and follow-through skills
Organized, meticulous, detail-oriented and able to multitask
Ability to exercise good judgment by recognizing urgency and setting priorities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
