$1,500 Sign on Bonus! ($500 with first paycheck, $500 at 3 months and $500 at 6 months)

Do you have a passion and ability for working with troubled youth?  Cedar Ridge is currently seeking applicants to fill positions in our Residential program for Residential Youth Care Counselors. 

The Residential Youth Care Counselor is a direct line staff position supervised by the Residential Supervisor.  While on shift, the RYC will receive daily direction from the Lead Cottage Coordinator or Assistant Cottage Coordinator for all facets of cottage life, including but not limited to utilization of the behavior management system, transportation, overseeing meals and duties, and participating in recreation with residents.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age, pass a detailed background investigation, have a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record, and must become RCYCP Certified if not already qualified.
