The Delaware Opportunities Family Residence Independent Living Skills (FRILS) program was developed in 1999 to provide a higher level of foster care to youth in Delaware County. This program was designed to provide youth who may need additional support than traditional foster homes can provide. This rewarding job includes fun job duties such as recreation, transportation and other related activities to assist children placed in foster care in Delaware County. You will also provide general support to the foster home under the guidance of the Foster parent or the Director. Flexible hours, Part-time full-time positions open. Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, education, or related field and/or four years' experience working with children or adolescents. Salary range $21.20-25.29 per hour. Sign on bonus of $250.00 after one month of employment. The application review process will be ongoing until the position has been filled.
