Executive Officer

The First District Health Unit Board of Health is hiring an Executive Officer for the management of First District Health Unit (FDHU), a public health agency with a multimillion-dollar budget and a staff of 45 or more across a seven-county area in north central North Dakota.

This Executive Officer guides the work of First District to align with the Vision, Mission, and Strategic Plan.  This is a full-time position in the Minot office, and requires a minimum of 5 years of administration/management experience.

A bachelor’s degree is required, with a master’s degree preferred.  The salary for this position ranges from $95,000 – $115,000 per year.
