Community based, mission-driven hospice seeks a Management Support Specialist to join its growing administrative team. Our not-for-profit hospice and palliative care organization has an opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented, compassionate, and resourceful individual. Candidate must have strong communication and time management skills and be eager and willing to handle the diverse responsibilities of the job with a helpful, professional attitude, and a friendly demeanor.
Job Responsibilities:
The Management Support Specialist provides top level, detailed administrative and logistical support to the Good Shepherd Management Team and the organization’s Board of Directors, and oversight and implementation of donor relations including processing and producing thank you letters and donor database maintenance.
Education, Skills and Experience:
Self-motivated, resourceful, well-organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and proactive decision-making.
Highly proficient computer skills in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite (Calendar).
