Social Worker

Horizon Public Health is an accredited local public health department serving Douglas, Grant, Pope, Stevens and Traverse Counties.

We are currently recruiting a compassionate and skilled individual to work in our communities as a Full Time Social Worker in our Alexandria Office.

Will provide social work and case management services in our Alexandria Office for adults and children with complex medical/social challenges.
