We're Hiring Direct Support Professionals in Ramona, CA

$1000 Sign-on Bonus

As a full-time Direct Support Professional, your everyday work will involve assisting people with their activities of daily living, facilitating activities, leading community outings, and implementing and monitoring behavior plans.

Your workplace will be a beautiful and modern enhanced behavioral support home situated in the community of Ramona in North County San Diego. Your coworkers will be dedicated and talented health and human service professionals who are skilled at supporting adults who have developmental disabilities

Job Requirements:

• 6 months of minimum experience in IDD field

• Flexible Shift Hours:
• Morning: 6 AM – 2 PM
• Afternoon: 2 AM – 10 PM
• Night: 10 PM – 6 AM
