Psychotherapist (Virtual, In-Person, and Hybrid)

Our practice, Mindful Health Solutions, provides comprehensive behavioral health care with an emphasis on innovative evidence-based treatment. Founded in 2007, our well-established private outpatient group practice is led by nationally recognized psychiatrists in the field of brain health.

Together with a diverse staff of high caliber nurse practitioners, TMS technicians, and therapists, our psychiatrists provide compassionate care through a variety of interventional treatment options such as medication management, psychotherapy, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), esketamine, and Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT), helping our patients realize progress towards their brain health goals.
As access to care is at the core of our mission, we are an insurance-based practice with convenient telepsychiatry and therapy services.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive psychotherapeutic evaluations
- Develop treatment plans utilizing therapies based on evidence-based standards of care and practice guidelines
- Provide, monitor, and continuously improve patient outcomes
- Strong computer skills including fluency in Electronic Medical Records, Microsoft Suite, and Videoconferencing platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborate with other providers effectively in a treatment team setting
- Maintain a positive and flexible attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Submit timely and accurate clinical documentation via our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
Qualifications:
- Drive to provide high-quality behavioral health care and desire to be on the cutting edge of treatment
- Desire to develop or further focus on your niche as a psychotherapist and grow professionally
- Current and Active California License to practice as an independent clinical psychologist/psychotherapist: PhD/PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
- Graduate of an APA-Accredited Program
- 3 + years of post-graduate experience working directly with ethnically and culturally diverse adult and/or child and adolescent populations; experience with providing teletherapy preferred
- Recent clinical experience providing direct services (must be within the past two years)
- Training in at least two current evidence-based modalities of psychotherapy (e.g. CBT, IPT, ACT, Seeking Safety, EMDR, Brainspotting, etc.)
Compensation:
- Salaried W-2 position with bonus potential based on individual productivity
