About the Monmouth Family Health Center:

We are a Federally Qualified Health Center with 3 convenient locations in Long Branch NJ. We provide a team approach to comprehensive health care services for all ages. Our services are personal, and family centered with an emphasis on the patient and family as part of our successful health care team.

Our highly credentialed and dedicated staff including physicians, dentists, podiatrists, nurses, social workers, nutritionists and others work together with you to meet your health care and health education needs.

Our staff is fluent in three languages (English, Spanish and Portuguese) and we use translation services for other languages. We welcome all members of our community regardless of your ability to pay. We offer a sliding scale for payment and our financial counselors are ready and able to help you.
