ACCESS CENTER CLINICIAN
FULL TIME

Newaygo County Mental Health is seeking an individual with strong clinical diagnosis, assessment and communication skills to provide clinical screening, crisis interventions and utilization management for children and adults. This fulltime position will provide mental health, co-occurring disorder, and substance abuse evaluations/screenings, service authorizations and length of stay reviews for psychiatric inpatient hospitalization. This position will also perform telephone and walk-in crisis intervention, triaging, and referral services. An ability to make independent decisions, crisis experience, coordinate and develop working plans for transition and follow-up, as well as work in a fast-paced team environment with others is a must. Depending on staffing needs, there may be opportunities for some remote work.
Master of Arts in Counseling or Psychology or Masters of Social Work with appropriate state licensure (LLPC, LPC, TLLP, LLP, LLMSW, LMSW, or LMFT) and valid Michigan driver's license is required. Salary range: $57,000 - $70,627; based on licensure and experience, with excellent benefits.
