Position Details
The Physical Therapist will have an acute care and outpatient focus. The essential responsibilities of the Physical Therapist include, but are not limited to:
- Organizes and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy programs to restore function, prevent disability, and promote rehabilitation.
- Implements and supervises Physical Therapy plan of care.
- Communicates with other staff, departments, and physicians to ensure coordination of services and patient care.
- Participates in performance improvement activities, including identification of potential opportunities to improve care or service.
- Ensures good consumer relations are maintained through patient and family education, patient satisfaction services, and community health and wellness educational programs.
What You Offer
- Must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program and licensed through the State of Minnesota.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, and act in a positive, professional manner.
- Must demonstrate the ability to treat pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient populations.
Work Schedule
- Full-time, 80 hours per biweekly pay period
- Primarily Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
- Position requires a weekend and holiday rotation
