ProFysio is currently seeking a full time Medical Receptionist. We are looking for an individual that can multi task, pay close attention to detail, deliver excellent customer service, problem solve, and effectively sell and promote our different services. This team member, when clerical duties permit, will also assist the clinical team in delivery of treatment services. These qualities are necessary to succeed in this position. This job is NOT easy, but it is incredibly rewarding and wonderful place to learn and become a top notch teammate.

The following skills are critical:

--Appropriate technical training in physical therapy reception/front office is ideal but not necessary

--Excellent oral and written communications skills

--Proficient in MS Office: Word & Excel

--Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT and ICD-10 coding is ideal but not necessary

--Must have proven organizational skills, the ability to work independently, exercise

sound decision and good judgment.

We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
