  • Mental health clinic downtown Beloit providing individuals, family, and group therapy for people of all ages in the surrounding area.  (How much more info do you need?)



  • Assess clients to determine fit for outpatient treatment and establish provisional
    diagnosis and initial treatment plan
  • Conduct individual, group, couples and/or family therapy in accordance with state regulations and professional licensure law(s)
  • If necessary, provide crisis intervention services to clients to ensure risk levels are properly managed and, when appropriate, triaged to higher level of care
  • Maintain scheduling of all active clients to ensure clinical needs are being met
  • Maintain collateral contact with client’s referring physician/professional, as well as any other pertinent treatment providers, to ensure the optimum level of care
  • Participate in consultation or supervision in accordance with licensure law(s)
  • Maintain the client’s file with respect to assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and session notes within 14 days of the encounters.
  • Adhere to state and federal laws with respect to HIPPA and mandatory reporting laws
  • Follow all ethical guidelines

Additional Duties could include:

  • Provide on-call responsibilities in an emergency
  • Collect client payments based on quotes received

All staff are required to adhere to the policies and procedures as outlined in the
employee handbook including but not limited to attendance and dress code.
