SUNY Cobleskill is hiring! We are looking for a licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team! Job Description: The Wellness Center is looking to employ a licensed Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner in a 9-month capacity. The successful candidate, under the supervision/consultation of a physician, will provide healthcare to a diverse student population with an emphasis on disease prevention and health promotion in order to support student success. Duties will include: Assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of illness and injury Physical examinations Acute and well care Health education Mental health services Requirements: Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute care, with experience in the duties mentioned above. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the aforementioned minimum qualifications, it is preferred the candidate also have: Minimum of 1 year of experience in college health Experience with provision of mental health services Additional Information: This is an SL-4 position with a salary range of $68,000 to $72,000. This is a term, college-year 9-month appointment. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, with occasional after-hours commitment. This position offers full New York State benefits which are some of the most comprehensive in the country.
