Food Service Tech
Carries out routine tasks necessary in preparing and serving foods required for patients, employees and the general public. Assures competent, efficient and timely performance of duties and assignments when complying with University Health System and Food Service Department policies and safety, hygiene and sanitation regulations for proper care and use of foods, supplies and equipment. Must meet established daily deadlines with accuracy and quality performance. Maintains good guest and working relations.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
The ability to read, write and speak English and do simple arithmetic is required. High School graduation or its equivalent is required. Minimum one year of health care, cafeteria or restaurant food service experience is preferred.
