LABORATORY POSITIONS

CSS Medical Center at Windber is seeking the following Laboratory positions.

FULL-TIME & PART-TIME PHLEBOTOMISTS

This position are responsible for performing a wide variety of Laboratory Customer Service tasks.  Acts as a clerk for the laboratory & effectively performs specimen collection procedures.  This position will travel to Skilled Nursing Facilities and off-site draw locations.  Must be a graduate of an approved Phlebotomy Training Program.  Will train.  No experience necessary.

CASUAL HISTOTECHNICIAN

This position is responsible for the preparation of all tissue specimens, body fluids and pap smears for diagnosis.  Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school in pathology related field required.  Four years related experience and/or training preferred.
